On the occasion of the Port Open Day on Sunday, June 15, 2025, two Sea Pole member companies – Lecamus and AIS Elec – are organising a job dating event in partnership with France Travail.
📍 Meet us from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at 141 Boulevard Émile Delmas, La Rochelle.
🤝 A unique opportunity to land a job in the port industry
Specialists in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering and services for vessels, Lecamus and AIS Elec will be on site to meet technical profiles: electricians, maintenance technicians, electromechanics engineers, recent graduates or professionals seeking a career change.
But that’s not all: other key players from the port ecosystem will also be present, including AMLP, the Sarrion Group, and Port Atlantique La Rochelle, all actively looking for new talent.
👉 The format is simple: direct discussions to better understand the jobs, submit your CV and maybe… secure a first interview!
What is the Port Open Day?
Organised every two years by Port Atlantique La Rochelle, the Port Open Day (JPO) is a rare opportunity for the general public to step inside the commercial port and discover its behind-the-scenes operations, careers, infrastructure… and the men and women who bring it to life every day.
This 12th edition promises to be particularly rich, with a packed programme and several brand-new highlights:
🛠️ A space entirely dedicated to the Ship Repair and Construction Hub, featuring an exclusive photo exhibition showcasing the professions of Sea Pole La Rochelle member companies.
🎯 A brand-new and original sporting attraction: Accro Forme, an urban treetop adventure structure installed… inside a dry dock! Thrills guaranteed.
👷♂️ Guided tours of the dry dock, offering a rare glimpse into this massive basin where ships are repaired or inspected out of the water – a place usually closed to the public.
🎉 A special edition with a brand-new evening format: “Port Open Night”
🌙 A First This Year: Port Open Day Goes Into the Night
For the first time ever, the Port Open Day will extend until 11:00 pm, with a festive atmosphere and a musical programme curated in partnership with La Sirène.
Concerts, marching bands, DJ sets and food trucks… the port area will transform into an open-air stage, offering a new way to experience the port in a friendly, inclusive and intergenerational atmosphere.
