Welcome to International Marine Management (IMM) at Port Atlantique La Rochelle

Jun, 26, 2026

The Port’s Ship Repair and Construction Hub continues to grow with the arrival of a new key player in the maritime industry

We are delighted to welcome International Marine Management (IMM), a leading company in the yachting industry in the Caribbean, which has officially taken over the operation of Atlantic Refit Center.

This new European location also marks a return to its roots for Fabrice Maitre, IMM’s Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, who contributed to the launch of the superyacht refit activity in La Rochelle as early as 2005-2006, during the iconic M/Y Tatoosh project.

Why La Rochelle?

The Port provides high-performance facilities and a unique industrial environment capable of accommodating the largest vessels:

  • Two European-standard dry docks measuring 176 m and 107 m;
  • A 250-ton boat lift and a 2,000 m² refit and maintenance area;
  • 300 metres of deep-water outfitting quay within an ISPS-secured zone;
  • A network of companies with extensive expertise and know-how built up over several decades.

This new chapter builds on the expertise developed by Atlantic Refit Center in recent years. The transition is being supported by Stéphane Marcelli, alongside Norina Edelman, Fabrice Maitre and Victor Perez Campos, ensuring continuity of operations and supporting the development of this new ambition for the La Rochelle site.

Welcome to the entire IMM team! We wish them every success in this new chapter in La Rochelle.
